SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Neurosoothe. Please review the details below regarding processing and delivery of your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Please allow for the processing time above in addition to shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high order volume.

3. SHIPPING RATES

- Free standard shipping on all orders over $60.
- A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $60, calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at neurosoothe@mail.com — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

6. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and building management, and contact the carrier directly to file a claim, as Neurosoothe is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at neurosoothe@mail.com and we will help track it down or work with you on next steps.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Neurosoothe currently ships within the United States only. We are working to expand shipping availability — check back for updates, or contact us at neurosoothe@mail.com with questions.
